US AIR FORCE N-3B COLD WEATHER PARKA
Originally designed for U.S. Air Force flight crews operating in sub-zero environments, the N-3B parka was introduced in the post-Korean War era and became a Cold War standard. This version, manufactured in the 1980s by Skyline Clothing Corporation, reflects the U.S. military’s push for maximum protection during high-altitude operations.
Built with a durable nylon shell and insulated with a quilted synthetic lining, the parka features a double front closure with a full-length zipper and buttoned storm flap, an adjustable snorkel hood lined with faux fur, and multiple large-format pockets for utility. A sleeve pocket, inner drawcord at the waist, and Velcro cuffs complete the highly functional cold-weather design.
Each parka shows signs of use, with contract tags and authentic wear. A piece of American military engineering — rugged, insulated, and made to endure.
