What are the return conditions ?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return it to us for a refund, exchange or credit card.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

All non-conforming returns will be refused. 

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want our customers to have a good shopping experience with us. Please take your time to read all the details of the product you want to purchase. We take time to list measurements for pieces so that you can use the measurements to find the perfect size for you. We highly recommend asking us any questions you may have prior to making your purchase.

Universal Surplus is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any customs charges applied to a returned package. The customers form for a returned package must be marked as a "return of merchandise » to avoid customs charges. If the package arrives with us with customs charges, the amount charged to us will be removed from your store credit / refund. 

When and how will I receive my refund ?

Once your return package has been received, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic e-mail to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Please allow approximately 5 working days from receipt of your return for our service to process your refund.
It may then take up to 48 hours for the refund to appear on your account.
