STANDARD RETURN CONDITIONS (Regular Price Items Only)

If your item was purchased at full price, the following conditions apply:

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Strict Deadlines: If a return is shipped after this 14-day window, it will be strictly refused. It will not be refunded or sent back to you; the items will be lost at your own expense.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCEDURE?

To return your eligible, full-price items, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Eligibility: Double-check that your items are not sale/discounted pieces and that you are within the 14-day window.
  2. Pack Your Items: Pack them securely and include a note inside the package specifying your Order Number, Full Name, and your preferred option (Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit).
  3. Ship the Package: Send your package via the carrier of your choice (tracked shipping is highly recommended) to:

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs. Packages sent after the 14-day limit will be automatically rejected without a refund.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE
  • Customs Fees: Universal Surplus is not responsible under any circumstances for customs charges applied to a returned package.
  • Required Labeling: The return shipping form must be clearly marked as "Return of merchandise" to avoid customs charges.
  • Fee Deductions: If Universal Surplus is billed customs fees upon receiving your return, the exact amount charged will be deducted from your final refund or store credit.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
  • How You Get Paid: Refunds are automatically credited back to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow approximately 5 working days from the date we receive your package for our team to inspect and process your return.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an automatic email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.
  • Bank Clearance: Once issued, it may take up to 48 hours for the funds to appear in your account.
