WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If a return is shipped after this 14-day window, it will not be accepted, refunded, or sent back to you. The items will be lost at your own expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All non-conforming or late returns will be strictly refused.

Please note that all products purchased at a discounted price or during sales are considered final sale. We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these specific items. We recommend reviewing all product details and measurements carefully before finalizing your purchase.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCEDURE?
To return your eligible items, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your items are not from a sale/discount and that you are within the 14-day window.
- Pack your items securely and include a note inside the package with your Order Number, Full Name, and clearly specify your preferred option: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.
- Send your package via the carrier of your choice (we highly recommend tracked shipping) to the following address:

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs, and packages sent after the 14-day limit will be rejected without a refund.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE
Universal Surplus is not responsible, under any circumstances, for customs charges applied to a returned package.
The return form must be clearly marked as "return of merchandise" to avoid such charges.
If we are billed customs fees upon receiving your return, the charged amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return package is received, it will be inspected and processed as quickly as possible.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please allow approximately 5 working days from the date we receive your return for processing.
After that, it may take up to 48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Your refund will be automatically credited to the same payment method you used for your original order.
