DELIVERY

Universal Surplus ships worldwide, and all orders come with tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by our trusted couriers.

Click & Collect is available for customers based in Paris and can be selected during checkout.

Our delivery partners may offer optional services such as:

• Signature release (no signature required upon delivery)
• Leave with neighbor, reception, or security
• Reschedule delivery to another date
• Collect from a nearby pickup point

By selecting any of these options, you agree that Universal Surplus is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from deliveries made according to these instructions.

DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, your package may be inspected by customs and subject to import duties and taxes.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not control or predict these fees—please contact your local customs office for details.

If taxes are not included in your order, you are responsible for claiming any applicable VAT refunds directly from your local customs office.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

You will not be billed additional customs fees.
For orders placed within your customs zone, all taxes and duties are included in the online price.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Since Brexit, import taxes may apply on non-UK goods.
We have no control over these charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check these fees beforehand.

Refused packages due to customs charges will result in a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

CUSTOMERS IN THE REST OF THE WORLD

As a vintage resale business, we are not eligible for VAT refunds.
Import taxes and duties are not included in our prices.
You may have to pay these upon delivery depending on your country.
