Delivery times begin once FedEx has collected the parcel from our warehouse. Processing and packing times may vary depending on order volume, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

A free pickup option is available in our Parisian store. You can select this option during checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to collect it.

DELIVERY

Universal Surplus ships worldwide with full tracking.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your location, parcel weight, and selected FedEx service.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday by FedEx.

Optional delivery services may be proposed directly by FedEx, such as:
• Signature release
• Leave with neighbor, reception, or security
• Reschedule delivery
• Pickup point collection

If you choose any of these options, you agree that Universal Surplus is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the parcel has been delivered according to your instructions.

DUTIES & TAXES

Customers in the United States do not incur any additional duties or taxes upon delivery. All import related charges are fully settled at checkout, and no further payment will be required once the order has been placed.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
For orders placed within the EU customs area, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price displayed on our website.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES

Orders shipped to the United States will not incur additional taxes or duties upon arrival.
All import-related charges are settled at checkout, ensuring that the amount paid on our website is final.
No supplementary fees will be requested at delivery.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Following Brexit, import duties and taxes may apply to goods entering the United Kingdom.
These charges are determined by UK customs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Parcels refused due to customs charges will incur a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
