DESCRIPTION

Originally issued as part of the U S Air Force utility uniform, this shirt follows the familiar proportions and construction ethos of the OG107 fatigue shirt while introducing the distinctive slate blue tone specific to Air Force duty wear. It was designed for long operational hours on base, in missile facilities, and across technical or maintenance environments where reliability and ease of movement were essential.

This example carries original service identifiers, including the name tape for Sullivan, a Combat Crew qualification tab, and insignia from two key Cold War units: the Strategic Air Command and the 308th Strategic Missile Wing. The Strategic Air Command oversaw the United States nuclear deterrence forces, while the 308th operated Titan II intercontinental ballistic missile sites from Little Rock Air Force Base. Together, these patches document the shirt’s direct connection to one of the most specialized and technologically demanding missions of the era.

Measurements are taken laid flat.

(A) Shoulder : Measured from one shoulder seam to the other, passing throught the center back.

(B) Chest : Measured from one armpit to the other, 2,5cm below the armhole.  

(C) Back : Measured from below the collar all the way down to the hem.

(D) Sleeve : Measured from the shoulder seam all the way down to the wrist.
